Peter Sands Tibone was the founder and pillar of Faithrunner, Inc/DBA: Exodus Concert Ministries and was responsible for leading Annie to faith in Jesus Christ. Peter held the position of Chairman of The Board for Faithrunner, and successfully taught the “Watchers Group” (a prophecy study group he formed that met monthly from 2012-2018 in their home). Peter also helped produce Annie’s popular radio show “The Journey” often joining Annie as a guest himself on the program from 2013 to 2018. Peter inaugurated and built the Faithrunner Recording Studio acting as chief engineer, established the Faithrunner trademark and record label and was the creative mind behind some of Annie’s best music. Annie toured with a full band ministering in prisons, youth detention centers, nursing homes, parks, and churches with Peter as the Bass Guitarist before embracing a solo career in Contemporary Christian music. It was Peter who had taken Annie under his wing fresh from the streets of Hollywood, California and pledged his life in marriage to her. Annie’s powerful testimony, as we know it, may never have been a reality without God positioning Peter in Annie’s life at the precise moment in history.

In November 2015 Peter endured emergency brain surgery and was well on his way to recovery when in late December 2017 he was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a rare, aggressive, and incurable bone marrow cancer and given 2-4 months to live. During Peters initial hospital stay, Annie slept in a window seat in his room for 32 days before taking him home to care for him around the clock for 12 1/2 months. On January 3rd, 2019, Annie held Peter in her arms in their bed at home as he took his last breath on earth and opened his eyes in Heaven. Annie never tired in caring for the love of her life and must now carry on as she leads this ministry into a new season after a lengthy sabbatical time of grief.
